GREENLAYERS INDEX LTD PRIVACY POLICY.
1. Except passbook which beers managing director signature.
2. Withdrawal is after two days notice has been issued to us and we serve you 12hr/6 days.
3. Registration is 200 while replacement of lost passbook will cost #1000 before your transaction details will be entered in our official record. Report any loss of passbook immediately.
4. Customers are prohibited from making any entry in their passbook whether in the presence or absence of the account officer.
5. Service charge is 5% interest after commission of your days savings is deducted (For savings account only).
6. Confirm the recording of your payment in the present of account officer and customers are not allowed to make withdrawals on proxy.
7. Saving for property account means that you (the customer) have agreed to allow green layers LTD to buy the property of your choice on your behalf at either instant or installmental payment of the agreed price with I SHINE PLUS GREENLAYERS LTD. And we give cash discount for instant payment for property. (Property Account only).
8. The minimum account opening amount for cash saving account is #500 why the maximum is unlimited.
9. Customers are advised to be very sure of the type (Nature) of account he or she wants to operate with us because there is no repayment of cash for property account holders. All property account holders must get property not cash in exchange.
10. The passbook remains the property of I SHINE SAVINGS AND LOAN PLUS GREENLAYERS LTD and should be returned to the organisation when business relationship is terminated.
11. We close business 15 December of every year.
